Christopher Leong is Managing Partner of Chris Consulting, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality, discretion and a consistent record of successful placements.
Previously from Robert Walters, a UK International Search firm, he helped set up and grow their Banking & Finance practice in Singapore. During his stint with the company, he was consistently the top recruiter and highest sales achiever. In 2003, he left the firm and founded Chris-Allen Search. He continued to be the top biller and made it to the million dollar round table.
With more than 15 years of executive search experience, clients in the Banking and Financial Services industry enlist him to recruit top management and build teams to enter new markets and meet competitive challenges. Christopher specializes in the recruitment of senior executives in the financial services as well as the human resource outsourcing business. He has completed numerous searches for senior management, directors and regional heads for the worlds leading financial services companies in Asia and the Middle East. He has since recruited talent for COO, CFO, and CIO positions as well as for key roles in Investment Banking, Sales & Marketing, Risk Management, Human Resources, Technology, Finance and Operations.
Recognized for his industry expertise, Christopher is frequently quoted and interviewed in major business and industry publications. He is active in several professional and non-profit organizations, and is a frequent speaker at business and academic forums.
Prior to his executive search career, Christopher was with Merrill Lynch in the U.S, before he joined JP Morgan Singapore in their Correspondent Banking department for Asia Pacific.
Graduated from the USA, he holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science (Finance), and is a Member of AACMP. |
