PFS (Retail Banking) - Business Planning & Customer Knowledge
Description
· You will lead the business finance and analytics functions to support both the Onshore and Offshore segments in achieving their annual operating plans as well as developing strategic initiatives to optimize income and manage costs to ensure long-term sustainability of the franchises.
· You will also be tasked with driving the annual, rolling quarters and multi-year strategic planning process; ensure quality plans and alignment to business strategic thrusts through proactive business partnering in strategy formulation, taking into consideration the current market competition, targeted market share and revenue targets.
· In addition, you will lead regular monthly business segment review meetings and conduct proactive data analysis on all performance indicators, including monthly financials, sales productivity, ROA metrics etc.
· Identifying performance gaps and recommending actions required in closing the gaps will fall under your purview.
· Concomitantly, you will work closely with the respective stakeholders in developing the branch network strategy with the view to optimise customer reach and maximise profitability; deliver strategic and MI support for new and existing initiatives to drive PFS Retail Store Performance.
· Other areas of responsibilities include taking the lead in driving MIS report automation for segment profitability analysis and business analytics so as to improve team effectiveness in meeting the ever-changing business demands.
Qualifications
· Along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or any related discipline,
· You should possess minimum 7 years of related work experience in a similar function.
· You should also be a team player who is highly numerate, analytical with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Other pre-requisites include possessing strong commercial acumen and the drive to excel.
