Responsibilities
· Participated in regional sales calls and engaged prospects by leveraging on knowledge of traditional retail fund industry and experience in alternative fund services
· Service review custodian agreements and fee schedules.
· Providing market updates to stakeholders, contributed to new product development, product-sales positioning in and development of KPIs for multi-product service reviews.
· Conducting Due Diligence, RFPs, fees negotiation, managing custodian migration and leveraging relationship with institutional clients.
· Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.
· Expected to use their initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/ experts. Have a good understanding of the business function.
· Will be accountable for regular reporting or process administration. Will need to be able to direct day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role).

· Ability to administer operations issues pertaining to the respective markets; and continue to monitor the performance and progress of the custody agents.

Must Have
· Knowledge of the securities industry
· Likely to be of graduate caliber, studying for relevant professional qualification or accreditation; with or alternatively, three or more years of direct Custody Relationship Manager experience or at least six years experience in equity and/or fixed income operations or a related areas within the financial services industry, preferably in securities industry.
