Job Descriptions:-
· Support the Front Office in their Operational needs by being the point of contact between Operations and the Front Office.
· Be the “Face” of Operations – Answer Operations & Process related queries from the Front in the Areas of Accounts Management as well as Securities and Money Processing.
· Co-ordinate & control the flow of information between Operations and the Front, be it transaction requests, processing documents, or other process related documents, queries etc. (Distribution of physical documents, cheques, courier management and co-ordination etc).
· Own, investigate and resolve any Operations / Process related issues between Front and Operations. Be the first level of control for Operations by checking and ensuring the transaction requests are in order before sending them for processing.
· Maintain, manage and be accountable for Cash transactions and custody of cash.
· Carry out CSS tasks like Signature Verification, Account Doc verification, Payment instruction verification, Periodicals processing etc as assigned.
Professional and Technical Skills
· Knowledge of processes front to back across all areas of Private Banking Operations.
· Operational Experience (Accounts Management, Payment processing, Cash Handling, Account Static data maintenance).
