An opportunity has arisen for a Manager in Front Office Trading Business Management. Working with a team of dedicated, dynamic and professional individuals
Job Responsibilities
· Driving and coordinating business related initiatives from initiation to completion.
· Managing and coordinating the new product approval process to ensure timely delivery of product offerings to all locations in
Asia
· Frequent collaboration needed with support functions both locally, regionally and globally, (Market Risk Management/Product Control, Finance, Tax, Middle Office, Ops and IT, Legal, Compliance, Counterparty Risk Management, Operational Risk Management) to ensure effective management and prompt implementation of business initiatives
· Investigate any business related issues (operational, compliance or risk) and identify gaps in internal operational controls
· Streamlining and improving the process and system flows within the business
· Monitoring and managing the implementation of new policies and procedures
· Documenting front office trading and control procedures
Pre-requisites
· University degree in economics, accountancy, finance or business
· Knowledge of financial products and market risk experience will be an added value
· Fluent in English, both verbally and written; Fluency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
