RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Develop, originate and execute new Project Finance business in Singapore and the Region.

·         Manage the entire process including all relevant execution, credit analysis, structuring, financial modeling, regulatory and documentation.

·         Provide specialist support on the ongoing management of existing portfolio of Project Finance accounts to the Relationship Manager(s).

·         Monitor trends within the sectors and update knowledge of the market and its effect on the portfolio/new business prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         +/- 5 to 10 years relevant experience in cross border Project Finance.

·         Sound credit and structuring skills. Experienced in the construction and modification of Project Finance models.

·         Strong knowledge of Banking products E.g. Investment Bkg, Cash Mgt and Treasury.

·         Attention to details. Independent, driven, self-motivated and strong in interpersonal skills.

·         Willingness to travel.
