Coverage
The candidate is required / will need to:
· Drive and grow IT Systems Integration, Consulting, Applications and Outsourcing Solutions businesses for vertical markets both locally and overseas in order to achieve sales, revenue, profitability and growth targets.
· Establish, maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with existing and new clients and partners.
· Manage progress and development of accounts, as well as quotations and tenders related to clients and partners. In addition, you will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions to clients locally and overseas and working closely with internal teams.
· Assist day to day management responsibilities for providing a professional and efficient business services to internal and external clients.
· Will provide first line support for writing responses for RFI and RFP and assist with the creation of additional business development related material.
Requirements
· Candidate IT solutions BD/sales experience. Knowledge and experience in social media and mobile are advantageous but not mandatory.
· Work with the account managers to build pipelines and develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain existing accounts and market share in the various geographical markets.
· Promote further development of named accounts by establishing a direct, personal relationship at appropriate level of management.
· Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
· Familiar with social, digital media, smart devices and mobility trends.
· Good public speaking and communication skills with the ability to clearly present solution and service information at one to one or group presentation.
· A passionate and creative character with exceptional business strategy and instincts
· Self-motivator with ‘Can-do’ attitude.
· Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends.
· Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
